La Yole Parc Aventure respects the concerns of users regarding the confidentiality of the personal information provided.
La Yole Parc Aventure ensures that it complies with the obligations related to the CNIL.
As data controller under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004 and the European Directive of 24 October 1995 (hereinafter, the “Data Protection Act”) SA Camping La Yole may collect personal data (surnames, first names, contact details…) or non-nominative (preferences, favourite information…) when the user visits his website (hereinafter the “Site”) in order to be able to identify him, to offer him personalised services or to improve the Site and to be attentive to him.
1- RECIPIENTS OF COLLECTED DATA
La Yole Parc Aventure is the recipient of the data. In any case, La Yole Parc Aventure only transfers users’ personal data to a third party when:

La Yole Parc Aventure must share this information with third parties to provide the expected service,

The data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected :
For the management of the newsletter subscription, the data will be kept as long as the subscription is active and all data will be deleted within 2 months of unsubscribing a user;
For other data, it will be kept for a period of 2 years.
La Yole Parc Aventure has endeavoured to take all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data processed and to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Technical and organisational security measures in accordance with the state of the art, in particular with regard to information systems, have been implemented.
However, SA Camping La Yole does not control all the risks related to the functioning of the Internet and draws the attention of users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and functioning.

5-COOKIES, NAVIGATION AND LOCATION DATA
When accessing the Site, and after acceptance of the user’s continued browsing, a cookie may be installed and stored for a maximum period of 13 months in the user’s memory or on the user’s hard disk, in order to facilitate navigation.
